I. Job Responsibilities:

1.1 Develop long-term competitive strategies for products; prepare annual marketing plans and sales forecasts;

1.2 Collaborate with advertisers, digital media, and exhibition promotion agencies to develop advertising copy, promotional programs, and promotional activities;

1.3 Planning and implementation: Responsible for the specific operation and execution of channel strategies, ensuring that every plan is implemented accurately and flawlessly;

1.4 Continuously collect relevant information regarding product performance, customer and distributor attitudes, as well as new issues and new opportunities;

1.5 Work on improving products to cater to the ever-changing market needs.

II. Job Requirements:

2.1 Strong execution ability: Possess a high sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to respond quickly and complete tasks efficiently;

2.2 Fast learner: Although there are no hard requirements for major and industry experience, candidates should possess the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and adapt to new environments;

2.3 Assistant General Manager background: Those with an Assistant General Manager or similar position background are preferred; able to flexibly handle various emergencies and provide strong support to the team.

2.4 Possess good communication and coordination skills and stress resistance, able to work closely with team members to face challenges together.

III. Salary and Benefits:

3.1 Basic range: 10K-25K.

1. Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's fully automatic intravenous drug compounding robots and related consumables within the assigned territory; develop and maintain regional distributors, and assist distributors in developing key benchmark hospitals in the region.

2. Understand the company's products, master product advantages, and accurately provide product knowledge to customers.

3. More than 1 year of medical device sales experience is preferred.

4. Actively develop new customers through other channels, maintain existing customers, and collect market information.

Salary Range:

Probationary period base salary of 6k; salary structure consists of base salary + commission (no upper limit).
